One stormy evening...
Like Saint Elmo's fire, which sometimes appears at the top of a ship's mast on a stormy evening, she looms forth out of nature,
offering up her dazzling light.
On the sandbank, with each footprint, the spring unfolds.
Her slender lines shimmer like a transparent construction, making the surfaces fluid and imbuing them with life.
She conjures up a swooning in the distance, invoking a sentiment which...
"Before the thunderbolt, sublime is he who knows nothing."
Surprising... and discovering the fulfilment of her forms, revealed to eyes that can see in them the clarity of a spring day.

St. Elmo
She is force, emanation, and yet so delicate.
A harbor of peace that advances, shameless, maladroit, buttressed by her lifeline.
Embrace me, she says in a whisper. Squeeze me, she murmurs without shame.
But she does not look at you, wholly turned toward an implacable horizon.
She appears before you, then disappears, and dominates you with her Amazon muscles.
She is a bonfire, a penetrating flow. Take me, she seems to say, but it is not you her arms long for.
She will never be completely yours, this giantess with her heart marbled with indifference.
